Sweet oat alchemy

Cool Earth Creamery's delicious oat milk starts with the use of organic, whole grain oats. This ensures we get all the good, healthy stuff in our oat milk in addition to the natural sweetness and flavor. We then rinse, soak, and mill the oat groats to produce a thick oatmeal porridge. We add enzymes and hold the mix at a set temperature until the oats are converted into a sweet milk. The milk is filtered, pasteurized and bottled in glass containers to preserve its freshness. The end result is a naturally sweet, wonderfully creamy, slightly nutty oat milk.
